Vow Renewal Locations

We are going to be taking the 10/1 cruise from New Orleans to Cozumel, Belize and Mahogany Bay for our 10 year anniversary. We'd really love to have our vows renewed in New Orleans before leaving as our anniversary is actually on 9/30. We don't want anything crazy. It's just going to be us 2 there, no guests. Really all we need is an officiant and someone to take a few pics (like 5-10). If there was some kind of dinner/food involved for us, great, if not we'd just go out on the town dressed up and find something. Mainly we're looking for something quick and on the cheap, as we used most of our money just for the cruise and airfare, so spending an extra 1k on a 1 hour "ceremony" just doesn't make sense to us. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
