All inclusive Blunder

We are going on the dream on Thursday for the 5th time and soo looking forward to it, we booked the cruise in September with a free all inclusive package, however my husband has just checked led e ticket and states full board! Not realising he had to tick the free all inclusive option on booking, has this happened to anyone before? We are ringing Thomsons in the morning and hoping we will still be entitled to it 😔

Thomsons are not noted for straightforward joined up thinking - good luck with your application for AI.

It would be OK because if you purchase the AI later the price would be what it was on the date you booked, in your case £0 :D
