Onboard Account opened with Cash on Splendor?

Splendor is testing the new s&s delivery method, but does anyone know how check in works if you are opening your account with cash?

 

Another issue, our account setup is glitch and the website won't let me finish online check in for my sons, so I can't print their boarding documents. I was on the phone with Carnival last night and they can't figure out the problem or how to fix it. How am I going to check in my kids without boarding documents for them?

 

We sail Dec 4th...any ideas?
