I like the idea of the microfiber towel mentioned earlier. Much smaller and easier to manage especially when on certain excursions! Thanks for the tip!

Order away!

To the room and drop off any bags. Then to the Lido, and buy a round of drinks for those in our group! Maybe grab something to eat, explore and check out our dinning room table location....relax and people watch!

Good article! Thanks for sharing.

I always do it about a month or two before our sail date. Not sure about an exact time frame but I think you have to be paid in full before you can do the online check-in.

We have been to Belize a couple of times. We've done the small island/key excurisions through Carnival and they were very nice. We have also done the cave tubing through a private company. Although Carnival offered their version of the same, the private company provided us with a much longer and involved experience (more on-water time), carried the tubes for us, and even stopped at an area where the kids (and myself!) could jump off of the rocks into the water. They even provided a small meal at the end. Very good experience.

Glad to hear that! It's like found money now!

Yep, get there when you want! FTTF gives you that privilege.

We'll be on the same cruise! Perhaps I'll look for the guy playing darts and say hi!

That's good to hear! Thank you!

I believe there is a link in this post that has the menu listed as well as the Fun Times for this itinerary.

Does anyone know if you can use the sauna and/or steam rooms on the Magic without a spa pass or booking suite? On other ships you can access them near the gym without having to purchase a pass. Just wondering, Thank You!

Thanks for posting! We're doing the same itinerary in August! Cant wait!

Due to weather we had two excursions canceled a few weeks ago. As was said earlier, when you check your portfolio balance, it will show a -negative amount, indicating you have a credit. You can opt to have a the amount sent to you via mail in the form of a check or just go to customer service and they will refund the money to you in cash right there.

+1 on Graycliff. We toured the place a couple weeks ago. They roll the cigars (various types) right there. Drying room, gift shop, etc... I don't know much (actually anything) about cigars however, If you like cigars, I'm told they are excellent. Enjoy!

Regardless of your choice I'm sure you'll have a great time. We just got off of the Glory a couple weeks ago and had a fantastic time. The crew at every level was great!

Thanks for the great review and information! We'll be sailing the Magic in Aug 2017!

+1 on the posts above. We didnt know about it on our first cruise. Now we get it on every cruise. As stated above, peace of mind. Usually it works out very well for us! It's always the first thing I look to purchase after booking a cruise now. Enjoy!

We stay at the Holiday Inn. Great rates and you can walk to the marketplace across the road.

You should be fine with just taking your passports
Things to do at Nassau and Key West

In Nassau as mentioned before there is a beach and shopping area within walking distance of the port and it is easy to find. When we were there last year we decided to take a tour with a registered guide. When finished we eventually ended up at the beach area as mentioned (he dropped us off there at our request). The tour was fantastic and went to areas that other tours were unable to access....very informative and worth the $$. The beach started to get very crowded due to the amount of cruise ships in port that day, they really packed everyone in there. Overall, great tour and we still had a great time on the beach.
