  1. You need to go to the Chronomics Website, register the kit and upload a photo. There is a help page on their site https://help.chronomics.com/how-do-i-register-my-test-1 Also TUI have a Youtube video of the process -
  2. Marella are only worried about the medical and evacuation cover - which the bank policy provides. We have the Nationwide account with insurance which gives this cover and there is an option to add the extra cruise cover for things like Missed port and confined to cabin, but these are not required. Travelled with it back in January, but they don't look for any documentation to check your policy. If you have the Nationwide policy you can get a "Confirmation of Cover" letter online.
  3. You can log on to the Nationwide insurance web site at https://nationwide.ukitravel.com/customerportal/auth/logon where there is an option to download a "Confirmation of Cover" Letter. And this Flex Plus insurance does cover Cruises, will be mentioned on the confirmation letter.
  4. The Roald Amundsen started yesterday on it's first Antarctic cruise of the season, with reduced number of passengers. Current rules required Covid PCR test before flying to Chile, a PCR test on arrival at Santiago and a lateral flow test before boarding the ship. Chile are changing the entry rules as from December 1st, which will hopefully reduce the needs for tests before travelling, but it is believed Hurtigruten will still require a PCR test before boarding - probably to be done at the hotel in Santiago. Hope it all keep working, I am due to travel in January!
