The week we were on there was no CC host as they were off sick. Only Event coordinator who was just brand new being trained. So instead of a team of 3 there was 1 person.

Hi everyone, Thank-you to all the posters helping me with this issue. I got a reply from Vivian the loyalty manager and she confirmed that we still have this perk. She is also following up with the ship as so many including supervisors gave me the same information.

Yes this is no longer available only on embarking day. I immediately took it up with the supervisor also Captains Club, Guest relations F&B.

Me neither. I took it up with senior staff and yes it's been removed quietly.

No around mid afternoon

We just had a fantastic time on the Eclipse Aug 6-13. As a Captains Club member with Elite perks we go to Cafe el Bacio on embarking day for a coffee/tea. We were charged and told they changed this perk for CC members and this is no longer available on day of embarking. We were not notified has anyone else been notified? I was quite surprised as they keep removing perks.

I've heard that about John Wayne airport. Definately looking forward to it. Lax is hard when you have a long wait for late in the day flights. Looking on your signature we're also in the 1.28.23 cruise.
