Two wrongs don't make it right! Just because Carnival does not enforce it, does not make it right. Don't be the person who stomps their feet and says " But others are doing it"! However they are called guidelines, so use your best judgement. Dress appropriately and enjoy your cruise! It's only 1-2 week(s)!

Sometime between 10:30 and 11:00am. Boarding time my depend on clearing the ship of disembarking passengers :) Even though your assigned time is 12:30, if you are Platinum or FTTF, you get to check in anytime after 10:30.

When asked to specify, John stated that the changes have been cancelled and room service will revert to being free until 10 PM

Didn't know this and never had any issues, my phone was a few years old at the time.

Now, I have a question.  Since this is a wi-fi based app, will it work on an unactivated phone?  Specifically, I don't really want to carry a $1000 phone around on the ship, when I have a number of perfectly good, but no longer activated phones in my closet.

It worked on my tablet that is not connected to a data plan, so I am guessing it would work for the HUB only.

We also told our shuttle which ship and he said he know where to go :also ) 

I believe Glory sails out of D, I think your ticket will say where to go :P

As it prepares for the arrival of Carnival Panorama in Long Beach next December, Carnival will preview a floral replica of the ship to 700,000 spectators on hand to view the 130th Rose Parade in Pasadena, Calif. on Jan. 1, as well as a worldwide television audience of more than 80 million parade fans. The float will include many of the signature features of Carnival’s ships – including the red and blue funnel, a water park and Lido Deck party – as well as the line’s newest fun feature, and first-ever trampoline park at sea, in partnership with Sky Zone.

Comprised of tens of thousands of flower petals meticulously applied by hand, the 55-foot-long float will sail the five-mile parade route and show off signature touches, such as flowers from more than 100 countries to represent the number of nations that Carnival employees hail from, snorkelers enjoying a shore excursion, and a RedFrog and a BlueIguana from their namesake poolside watering holes. Additionally, as a replica of the Carnival AirShip flies over the float, fitness enthusiasts will be jumping into the fun on a Sky Zone trampoline built directly into the front of the float.

Celebrating its role as the cruise line that carries the most military personnel, the float also salutes the brave men and women of the Armed Forces with a special appearance by Former Miss USA, Deshauna Barber, godmother of Carnival Panorama’s sister ship, Carnival Vista, and the first active member of the military to serve as Miss USA. Every Carnival cruise includes a special onboard tribute to honor guests that have served or currently serve in the U.S. armed forces.

Carnival Panorama will debut with a special three-day inaugural cruise from Long Beach on Dec. 11, 2019, followed by the launch of year-round, seven-day Mexican Riviera service on Dec. 14, 2019. If your going to use whatsapp, messenger, facebook apps, down load them and set up before you board the ship!

The tenders are 300 and 100 people size, it goes quickly! If you have an excursion, you will be off early!

Yes we are on the Fascination 2 embarkations Barbados and San Juan We are from the UK and its easier to fly to Barbados.

If you ever try the Italian Cruise line MSC in Europe they have embarkation/disembark at every port on many ships :D

This one. Usually used for foreigners from Europe (at least all that I met that boarded here were from there). Carnival used to do other sailings like this that had multiple embarkation points, the one I remember had embarkation in Tampa and New Orleans but that was years ago.

I have never heard of this type of boarding in another port that was not the same start to finish, just curious, what ship does this???
