  1. I just called C&A at RCI to ask if our next cruise will be decorated for the holidays and the lady said she had never been asked that question and couldn't find it in her FAQ's.

We just got back from the Enchantment on Monday, so I understood that for our Jan 10th cruise the decorations would already be removed. We're sailing the Brilliance 12/11/14 and are hoping the ship will be decorated? Thanks for any insight.

Yes, we have cruised on Dec. 1st. And the tree was decorated and beautiful (Naviagator). Thru the week more was added

  2. Four cruises in four years with Royal Caribbean and I have always left a case of water outside with the porters. They tag it with my stateroom # and I have always found it outside my room a couple of hours waiting for me.

I have found that it depends on the port. We have taken a case of water...with our cabin number and it was delivered! Other times we were told we had to carry it on!

  3. Hi....I have a question about the cascades 510 from Seattle to Vancouver........

We have Business class tickets and from what I have read, it should be easy in Seattle. Do the same rules apply as far as carryon as a plane? such as 3oz or less liquids? One carry on per person? We are going Sept 19th. When arriving in Vancouver is luggage like a airport or is it sitting next to the train?

    Thanks so much! Happin Cruisin:)

  4. I would always opt for a balcony/veranda. There's nothing better than to wake up in the morning, throw on the bathrobe and stand on your balcony smelling the air and sipping your first cup of coffee.

Then have your pre-dinner cocktail on your balcony holding hands with your sweetie. :)

Then having a nightcap or hot chocolate in your jammies saying goodnight to the ocean.

The furniture is very comfortable, at least it was on our ship. We had a table with wicker chairs and 2 chairs with ottomans.

I would feel too claustrophobic without a balcony.

Wow.....I couldn't have said it better!!!! My thoughts exactly.....:)

  5. We are taking the train (cascades 510) from seattle to vancouver on the morning that our cruise departs. What mode of transportation would you suggest from the train to the terminal? I have been told Royal Caribbean uses Ballentyne pier.

    Thank You in advance:)
