It looks like San Diego (where this cruise boards) schools are having Spring Break the same week. Do you think there will be a lot of kids on this cruise?

Does anyone know if Holland gives any credit for a cruise leaving late? We were supposed to be on the Rotterdam 11-day leaving 11/9. We cancelled (thank God for platinum coverage!) but curious as to what compensation, if any, will the passengers get? From the way it looks now, they will miss at least one, possibly two, days of 11-day cruise.

We had this cruise booked and cancelled yesterday when they announced the hurricane warning. Thank God for platinum insurance! Since we live in Idaho, we didn't want to get stuck all the way in Florida. From what we've been reading on the weather channel, etc., Thursday 2 p.m. seems pretty optimistic? Also, does anyone know if passengers will be credited for the 1-2-3? days the cruise will miss?
