Hate to hijack a thread but you are the expert I need advice from. We are on the Symphony TA returning to Miami Nov. 9th. We are clearing immigration or customs the day before in Port Canaveral. If we walk off early in Miami, get a uber as soon as possible, would there be trouble with a 10:30 flight from FLL Hollywood airport, need to be at the airport by 9.. The next flight out would be 5pm and that's a long wait.

When you get to Miami on Nov. 9th. remember that's a work day & traffic will be BAD going north or south on the interstate. I myself would not chance it, much better to book a later flight.

No, I didn’t. We were in Las Vegas with friends from Bali, Hong Kong, Vancouver and DC. We will be meeting them in Hong Kong this Sunday, then go to Macau, Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, China.

To me the easiest thing to do is if you see a chair that's been "hogged" but not used for over an hour or so, find a crew member & have them remove the items, so you don't end up having a problem when the person comes back 2 or 3 hrs. later. I've done this & it works really well ! :D

What kinds of items would be good to post? I might have a few things. :)

Almost anything, mostly dressy, night time wear, sun dresses, shoes, purses, all clean & in good condition. Make sure you say what the sizes are also.

Do you know what the price limit is for the drink pkg.? Is it drinks up to $13./14. or higher?

Does anyone know what the prices are for bottled water, soda, fresh orange juice, etc. Trying to figure out if we should get the drink pkg. & I know the prices for alcohol, so just wanted to figure in the non alcoholic drinks. Thanks for any info. :D

Sorry your having bad weather for your last day, that's such a bummer! We were on Freedom during Sandy & followed it into port, so that was the worst we had ever seen it, really rockin ! Last year we were on Oasis when Irma was coming & ended up with 3 extra days with 1 extra port, no bad weather, Capt. kept us far away from the storm, it was GREAT !

One side of the menu will change every night, the other side does not.

Thanks so much for the info. Someone that had been on an NCL ship said they never changed the menu & I was curious as we're thinking of booking the Pearl for the canal cruise.

Can someone tell me if the menu on the Pearl in the main dining rooms change every night? In other words, not the same food every night!

Thanks for this info, did not know that they don't include the "tips" on the FREE drink pkg.. When we've had it on Celebrity it was totally FREE, the tips were included. :D

We are considering sailing on the Pearl out of Tampa in 2019 so this is good to know.
