  1. Hi everyone, I hope you don’t mind me asking but is there anyone that has done the Bliss Panama Canal trip and they have the daily info you get in the cabins. With so many sea days I just wanted an idea of what will be happening when I go in April. I have tried to search but not found anything. Thank you 😊

It says it is from 2016 and there have been changes since then (e.g., the prices are incorrect - now the Classic is $59+grats/day, not $55 and Premium $60+grats/day, not $65) so I wouldn't necessarily believe everything on this copy.

Here is the latest one on their site - doesn't include smoothies but that doesn't mean much - often there are errors or changes.

That pdf is what was sent. Obviously Celebrity don’t even know which information they should be sending out to people.

  3. I did the f1 in 2016 and no, the traffic is horrendous after the race due to the concerts. Race finished around 7 and finally got into booked taxi at 9.30 pm. Unless the cruise ship is arranging transport I definitely wouldn’t chance it. Go find a hotel that’s showing it near the cruise ship that way you should get back ok. They may even show it in the ship. I don’t think you can even go to Ferrari world on race weekend without a ticket.

  4. Cruise was great and a fab way to get to see a race!! I might do it in 2017 as well. I'm hoping celebrity are a bit more organised for the next one. They didn't seem to have done any homework until the last couple of days. I stayed on the ship in Jordan but it's just across from Eilat and some hotels at head of bay. I think if I go I might go to a hotel next time. I didn't go to the concerts as I met a friend and we'd booked to go to dinner. We had a car booked to pick us up from the track, was OK sat night but Sunday was a nightmare. North is right near the arena so lots of traffic coming out from the main paddock area and hoards of people walking. The police are pretty strict.

  5. I got to my seat on the Saturday with 5 minutes to spare. So I saw all of quali. Waited on deck 3 midship and they didn't seem to call the disembarkation numbers. Got off the ship about 4.15, through face to face passport control, into a taxi with a German couple that luckily were in the same stand as me (north). The taxi driver dropped us literally outside gate 23 (IIRC) at 4.45 and I was in zone 4. Got through gate security and in my seat at 4.55pm. You can't take food or water in. I bought my ticket direct from yas and got a discount as I booked it in April. Keep an eye on the website. I paid £256 for sat and sun.

  6. Join the roll call!! The ship docks at 4pm on the Saturday and departs on the Monday. The ship will be docked for the 2 nights and you will be able to come and go as you please I would imagine. Hope so as I'm going to GP and meeting friends. A lot of people on roll call leaving about 11pm on the Sunday to get flights at 2.00am.
