This will be an excellent suite for Alaska; we just returned from our first Alaska cruise on Royal and kicked ourselves for not booking the Sky Suite on Discovery. However, we wanted Glacier Bay, and Discovery wasn't going there. As great as the reviews are, they fall short of how exceptional the service is when staying in this suite. The level of care is over the top. You can pretty much get anything you want whenever you want it. One small perk you might enjoy that we didn't realize is that out the back door from the deck area by your outdoor TV is a hot tub and the retreat pool. No one is anywhere near it in the evenings, so it is all yours to enjoy. Advice? Use it all, including the services offered by your team - they are the best in the fleet.
