  1. I would just tell that to the person giving out the embarkation cards and say we have to check in together

We tried to arrange embarkation together for this on the phone and email with P&O but they refused point blank. They would only allow my daughter's family (3 of them) to embark together as priority.

  2. This could be interesting. When we embark on Britannia next March my daughter and her family go to priority boarding due to my grandsons disability. My wife, son and I go through normal boarding.

However, my daughter will be registering their cabin against my credit card but I won't be in the same queue.

Hmmm. I wonder how this is going to work?

  3. Never seen much of a queue in Barbados as the flights are staggered.

I wish I could say the same. When we arrived in December 15 we had to wait first of all on the tarmac for about 30 or so minutes before any coaches were available and then queued for ages in the cattle shed for heaven only knows how long. Unfortunately all the aircraft arrived within minutes of each other 😢

We've never seen a priority check in for suite passengers in the Caribbean, in Barbados, in fact last time we were in a suite and it was quite a long queue but it moved quickly. Most times, in fact in the Caribbean we've had a suite and haven't seen a priority queue. As has been said, flights all arrive at different times so each plane load gets checked in as they arrive.

  4. I have booked a cruise for next year for myself and family. The booking comprises of three cabins, all of which have their own P&O booking reference.

Due to family reasons it is preferable that we have 2 rows of three seats together as my grandson has autism and may need a fair bit of attention from all of us.

Has anyone any experience of being able to do this with multiple P&O booking references and if so, how they went about it?

  5. What wonderful and moving stories. I have been wondering whether this was allowed since my father passed away last August. My mother has said that she would like his ashes scattered in the Norwegian fjords as this was his favourite place on their two cruises.

Now I can tell my mother that this can be done although I haven't a clue when I will be doing a northern cruise!
