Hi,
I was recently on board Apex and I was told that when I achieve elite status (would happen after that cruise) the wifi/bev package upgrade discounts would be honored in 'plan my cruise' for future cruises.
I see however the 'normal' 20% discount on wifi upgrade but not the 30% of elite.
With upgrade to premium package it does not say any discount.
I am based in EU so calling captains club by phone is not really an option.
Travel agency's are not really up-to-speed with the elite perks.
What is the experience/advice of my fellow cruisers?
