Try the following:-

 

Select TOOLS from your tool bar and click on COMPATIBILITY VIEW

 

This will add a tick against Compatibility View, which will add the website to your compatibility view settings and therefore you should then be able to sign in to Cruise Personaliser

thank you all the above worked a treat

Never had problems before, but now cannot access my Personaliser.

Go to sign in and get a pop up arrive, which says along the lines "cannot validate and HTML doc" tried to copy to post full wording but no joy.

I manage to close the pop up and the reg screen comes up, I type in all details it says connecting then goes blank and the pop up returns.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please:mad:

We should have been there on Aurora, but unfortunately my wife had an operation for mouth cancer on Christmas Eve. However, we have rebooked the cruise for next Christmas/New Year. We are determined to see that fireworks display. I'm pleased to report that my wife came through the operation very well, and is making good progress. she should be back home by the weekend.

 

Sorry to hear about your wife hope all goes well, We also are booked on the Xmas Cruise, Friends have booked it also looking forward to it, but first St Petersburg on Oriana in May

I hopr that she is not getting a refit 14th December, I will be on her until 19th December.

And we get on the 21st BUT there does not appear anything scheduled between Dec 2nd to the 14th

I did say in places and still prefer Arcadia

Have now used CPS 7 times and never a problem, but as said I always leave my spare keys with them and keep mine -Just in case

Whilst on Arcadia recently was told that Aurora would be having a refit Dec 14.

As have already booked for its Christmas trip to the Canary Isles wondered if it was true.
