Enjoying your review. Have a great cruise.

I don’t believe Eden Cafe is open embarkation day, it wasn’t in April last year. I have read several reports it isn’t open.

Thank you so much for the video….better than pictures. The room looks great and so do you guys! Had an IV on Apex when we sailed in April so this will be a different experience for us. Thanks again.

Thanks so much for your honest review. We are staying in the same cabin in April and was wondering if you could post a picture or 2 of the cabin if you have any. Thanks again for taking the time to write your review.

I was on the Summit for a Bermuda cruise in August. We were watching the Guest Volleyball game and the pool water was like soup. Between the sunscreen scum, hair, spilled pina colada and whatever else was in there, it definitely reinforced only using the pool showers to cool off with.

Thank you for allowing us to tag along, can’t wait to hear about your latest adventure. Safe travels.

All of this came up because I was looking to see if there was a nearby place for drink service if I hang out on the Roof Top Garden area. From the map, it didn’t look like it, so I started checking the location of teach of the dining and bar/lounge venues to see what might be near by. That’s when I discovered RTG dropped off the list on the app.
Sunset Bar is close by.

Date of Cruise: 8/7/22
Ship: Summit
Cabin #: 8104
Deck #: 8
Cabin Category: Celebrity Suite
Cabin Location: Mid ship on the Hump
Bed Position: Inside no view
Balcony Type: Swing Door Double width
Balcony/Window Size: 4 6x 4 panels
Balcony/Window View/Obstruction: none
Balcony Overhang?: yes

Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: Yes Another Celebrity Suite
Suite Details: Kelly Hoppen clutter on surfaces and floor. No place to lay something down. Ask butler to pile it all in a corner. Sitting furniture is uncomfortable ,clumsy and difficult to adjust.
Bathroom is awful. Doors swing wrong way - Interfere. Shelves are behind door. Tub is nearly impossible to get in. Dangerous. No grab handles . We are fit and flexible but we needed a step with a handle to get in which the Stateroom attendant found . The Jacuzzi tub is very narrow. Warning it is very difficult to get out of the tub. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom to plugin a hair dryer - must use the outlet in the closet with bad light.
Advantages/Problems/Comments: Great location, very quite, good size living area, good views on the balcony. Bad- bathroom design, dark closet,
the balcony is on a slant so many cabins can see your balcony
Would You Book It Again?:No

Did you book your flight with Flights by Celebrity? That seemed to be the issue when we sailed in July. Those on our Roll call that booked our flights through Celebrity had the same issue.

I also wanted to thank you for letting us tag along on your cruises. Your pictures are spectacular and it’s impossible to pick a favourite. We now have another destination for our bucket list. Wishing you a speedy recovery from your surgery.
We got off Summit as you were getting on and it looks like the same will happen with Apex. Still hoping to sail with you and Iain……
Have a safe trip home and thank you again!

It happened to us on the Summit. I just called and they were able to release them. It took about 36 hours before they could be printed. I had called during the week but friends on the same cruise called on the weekend and they never got them.
Have a great cruise! -
We sailed on the Summit on July 31st. Our luggage tags were still not available 2 weeks out so I called and they released them. It took about 36 hours for them to be available. (We also booked our air through Celebrity)

Hi Jim. Wishing you and Iain a safe, exciting, wonderful time for your 3 sailings. We got off Summit on Sunday after a fantastic trip to Bermuda and the crew was exceptional. I was able to witness a tiny bit of your sail away as our plane was taking off from Newark airport. Have a great adventure and can’t wait to experience it through your eyes. Thanks for taking us all along.

Thank you for the info and phone#. I feel a little more at ease now! See you onboard!
Cheers!

We’re on the same sailing and submitted our applications on July 4th as well. It has been reported that we should receive it a week before we leave. If you don’t get them at in that time frame call the toll free number and they will push it through. 1-833-570-2594

Hi.. Just a side question.
Does anyone know when Captain Kate is leaving beyond? We are on the 24 september cruise, and hoping for her to be there.
I believe she leaves after the 10 day President’s Cruise that sails on Sept. 5th.
