We've been on two MSC cruises and loved their food. Pizza and Italian dishes are the TOPS of any cruise line. People will complain about anything, but I would ignore it and enjoy the great food served on board. We avoid the buffets and utilize the MDRs and the specialty dining offered.

I would avoid the expensive and long lines of the terminal parking and go to Port Canaveral Parking on Merritt Island. Easy to get to from the highway, great shuttle at no extra cost and safe parking lot. This is the best one and on;ly 10 minutes from the dock.
