WE just won Intercontinental 10/28 through 11/01 for $95 plus taxes. Our plan B was Marriott which I was hoping to win on Priceline, but after reading reviews I am just as happy to get Intercontinental. This was my first time bidding on Priceline, I wish I had read this thread previous as I would have used the free rebid using zones that do not have a resort. OH well, we did good out of the shoot.
I will be bidding for 1/22/2010 one night Miami Floprinda soon..any advice? Our plan B is Holiday Inn Port of Miami, currently 2 rooms @ $199 ouch..

we have been on several Princess ships and had aft balconies..all we have been on, Grand, Golden, Emerald, Sapphire, will hold two lounge chairs and two small chairs with a table..enjoy..also all have been completely covered overhead. On some the furniture was there, on some we had to ask..all were accomodating.

We have purchased both coke cards and coffee cards.
Coffee cards can be used anywhere, even outside at the poolside bars. Believe me I know, can't count how many times I've picked up the wifes cappachino at the poolside bar.
coke cards are exactly that. coke cards. there are no pepsi products anywhere on a Princess ship..enough said on that subject!!

two weeks ago I bid San Juan Resort 4 nights October 28th through Nov 1st and got Intercontinental for $95.00. I think you are bidding too far out. I am having the same difficulty bidding Miami 4* for Jan 2010, I have been toldf by betterbidding folks it is high season there and too far out. Maybe same holds true for SJ
