  1. Just returned. We rented a golf cart/ scooter for 4 hours. Had no problem driving but you do have to pay to park in most places. Some friends did the hoho bus and enjoyed it. The tour gave a lot info. Make sure you go to blue heaven for key lime pie.

  2. I have cleaned houses for about 10 years. Some of the ladies I clean for every week, I might see once a year, if I'm lucky. It doesn't bother me. My family and I have been on a couple of cruises. Both times have been able meet our room stewards. But I also know that it's much easier to do a job if I'm not having to stop and a have conversation with every person that walks by.

  3. I also suggest a yard sale for extra money. The first cruise we went on my family did this and made about $300. You have the big stuff paid. Don't stress about it. Enjoy your daughters birthday. We just came back from the magic & these ports a couple of weeks ago. Check the Funtimes at night for the next day you will have a full day and won't even realize you didn't spend anything. Most of all have fun.

  4. I only said those that were in the buffet area serving me. That

Is the only place we ate for breakfast and most days at lunch. There were a few

that served us who went above what was expected. And I don't care if I have already paid my tips. I always give a lot more to my room steward, I tip room service, and I give more to our wait staff at the end of the week.

It's my money and I don't feel guilty about doing a good deed. God bless !!!

  5. Just the ones cleaning the tables. This last cruise I notice how rude some of the cruisers can be to these servers. One day I had a server cleaning my table and a guy at a table behind snapped his fingers, pointed to the mess on his table to be cleaned. I was like how rude and demanding. We had such wonderful service when we went to the buffet for breakfast or lunch. I thought how nice it would be to leave a little extra.

  6. We started at the pier took a right. They gave us a map we followed. I think you can find it on where somewhere. Drove all the way around then it cuts thru. A very easy drive. Just watch the signs and other drivers. We made few stops along the way. We have been to cozumel before but this time we enjoyed much more. Everything except the $60 parking ticket.

  7. Just returned Sunday from the magic. We rented a car from "target" right outside of all the shops. Because of our late arrival there were no jeeps. We had been delayed by the oil spill in the Galveston, Tx. We drove around the island. Ate at Carlos and Charlie's (paid to much) played beach volleyball. FYI: if you stop and shop down by piers check for the parking meters. Lol
