Hi! I have a 4 y/o and a 7 y/o that will be cruising with us. We were looking at some of the shows we can book on the breakaway for our upcoming cruise and was wondering if the show "the second city" is appropriate for our children?

I'm somewhat of a social smoker and my husband likes to have a cigar once in a while himself. Now i know they sell cartons at the duty free shop but Was wondering if its possible to purchase just 1 pack of cigs or just 1 or 2 cigars on the breakaway? If so, how much would they charge? Last time I bought a pack "on a ship" was in 2003 and it cost my girlfriends and I $3! Lol wondering if it would still be that cheap? Lol

Does anyone know how the UDP works with kids under 10? I know my kids (age 4 and 7) won't eat "grown up" food but, my husband and i wouldn't mind purchasing the UDP for ourselves. Would there be a cover charge for my children if the only thing they eat is mac n cheese or chicken fingers n fries??

Our room is on hold for an upgrade from BD-BA/GTY on the breakaway leaving on april 13th. They told us we'll be set to have a permanent room # sometime after final payment. Does this mean there's a possibility i can get upgraded to an M category or higher also?

Nope! its a balcony suite. But believe it or not, even the inside cabins for 4 are $6000+.

I know some parents do take their kids out of school to go on vacation but, i don't think i'd do that. With the way BOED is nowadays, they'll be missing out on so much work. Def not worth it.

Rather pay more during the time they're off and not worry about it.

Our spring break begins april 13th. The ship will be breakaway leaving from ny. My family reside in nj so no flight needed. Tickets now on ncl for a family of 4 is 6000+. Im hoping it would drop down so we can go as a nice group. Well, i'll still cross my fingers and pray i'd guess. Thank you for the replies.

Has anyone seen any discounts in the past during the weeks of spring break for ncl? I have family that would like to join us but, it is just way too pricey! Wondering if the prices will go down at all as the dates get closer for a very high demanding week?
