  5. Quick update for everyone following this closely - we were just notified from the Brazilian government that they have postponed the date the eVisa goes into effect to April 10th, so for any of you on a sailing between now and then, you can rest easy as the eVisa is no longer necessary!

  7. Greetings all - wanted to share the below for guests in the US, Canada and Australia that are experiencing issues with the process for applying for an e-Visa with Brazil. The first file below outlines what an acceptable photo looks like, and the second file may be uploaded to the application website in lieu of sending the banking documents. Further, if you have begun the application process and have been issued an application number, please provide Regent with that application number by sending it along with your full name and reservation number to RSSCOps@rssc.com as soon as possible. I'm afraid that is the extent of my knowledge on the subject, so if you have any further questions or need assistance, please reach out to our call center in your country.
