I received the same offer. I don’t know specific excursions but it did say select or certain excursions. So I assume at some point, depending on which cruise you book, we’ll get an email telling us what excursions we have a choice of. Not sure on culinary experience bc I’ve never paid for one when on HAL. I’ve seen pictures from other posts of culinary exp. Just seems as though it’s like a chef’s choice of his/her specialties. A 5 star experience.
