We loved it! It was so easy and we didn't have to worry about a big bill at the end of the cruise.

Many of their bottled beers are the 16oz aluminum bottles. Nice thing about UBP - if it's not cold enough for you, order a new one. I had to get a new one several times. Especially with it being 16oz. Those last few ounces get warm.

My goodness.... it's really sad to see how nasty this board is getting. I don't post much AT ALL. But, I've been reading this board for over a year. It's a shame to see people jump all over one another. Would you talk to a person's face this way?

Valid question! I like to get on a weather website and do a search of average temperatures. We have been to the Caribbean 3 times in January or February. The air temp is nice and warm.... but the ocean water is frigid cold.

We had the UBP on our last cruise. It was so crazy easy to use. I'm sure the bartender will do that for your husband. Have fun!

We were sitting at a bar on the Sky last winter and a young guy asked the bartender if they had it.... They didn't. He said - You're missing out. I thought the same thing. Looks like things have changed.

It was fine. The only other cruise I have to compare it to is an aft balcony on a one year old cruise ship. So.... Of course it's not as nice. It provided everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we slept great. No complaints from us on the ocean view or the entire ship. We truly weren't in our room much at all. We were on the same floor as the casino and we really liked that.

I'm definitely a fan of the Sky!!

My husband and I took a 4 night cruise on the Sky last winter. We had a great time! I would take that same cruise again anytime!

Things we really liked:

-Grilled lunch on the pool deck

-omelet station on the pool deck for breakfast

-Live band playing each evening at different locations... They were great!

-casino was fun

-friendly staff

-plenty of lounge chairs

-small crowds

-nice mix of passengers

-Great Stirrup Cay

We never got off the ship at Nassau or Freeport. We enjoyed our time onboard and didn't want to get off the boat.

We also stayed in an ocean view. It was just fine. We had plenty of storage and room to move around.

Like overs have said - turn the data off. I was able to send and receive text messages no problem. We cruised without our children and sent text messages daily home. Cheaper to receive the text than to send it.

Or maybe if the Sky pool was heated it was only at the 77 degree mark.... Too cold! Hot tubs were plenty warm and nice.

We were on the Sky and the water was freezing!! We got huge laughs every day watching as adults would walk down the pool steps, curse at the freezing water, turn around and get into the hot tub. No way was the pool heated.

On the Sky we left the cruise with more money than we started vacation with. We played video slots and roulette. We played quite a bit and had lots of fun in the casino.

Yes, bonus rounds! That's why I liked it so much. Seemed like longer play time with my money. We never felt Iike it was crowded. We always had fun in the casino. We spent plenty of time there each evening. The casino is closed at times when in port. You'll see the casino hours on the daily activity sheet.

Coming home with more money than we left with was awesome!! Fun times on the Sky!
