  1. I don't know if that is a valid assumption. But I would call before 5pm ET and check to see if they have it. Also, make a screen snapshot in case you need that if the sale ends before you hear back.

Would I call the regular Carnival number or is there another? Thanks to you alls tips, I made the screen shot and have it saved to my computer!

  2. I am staying at Hyatt Place Convention center. I booked my transportation but they not starting pick ups until 11. I'm shipping out on carnival and I bought faster to the fun, Any transportation recommendation that will get me before 11? I prefer to be at port at 11, not leave after 11.

  3. Got my response today. It wasnt the original price but it was the same price the Hampton was charging and still cheaper than what hyatt had on their site. Hope they have shuttle from airport. If not how much would taxi be?

Also mjs says they dont atart h otel pick up til 11. I kinda wanted to be at boat by 11 as I got fttf. Any other ideas?

  4. HP Convention Center is a block from Publix,Winn Dixie,Total Wine, and restaurants. Hampton Inn on Stirling would not be as convenient and there are no grocery stores there other than Kmart and BJs Club.

Thank you! Tried getting a good rate through value teip but have yet to get a response.

  5. Oops hit enter too soon!

Hyatt place 17th Street convention center. Which would fit my needs better? They both have breakfast the next day. Oh I also need a store where I can purchase my sons soy milk. Dont think it would keep non refrigerated during travel.

  6. I am coming in 11/23 for a night pre cruise. I will get there in the evening after a loooong travel day with a 4 year old. My goal would be to sit down and eat, grab a bottle of wine then go back to my room and relax. My two options are Hampton Inn on sterling or hyatt place

  7. I thought about a car rental but as its just my son and I, it's not cost effective. Im trying to figure out the best way to do this: stay in Ft L and shuttle to POM the next day or get to miami right after we land (don't know how) and take hotel shuttle to port.

  8. So thanks to work conflicts I had to change my cruise from a 3 day out of PC, I had to change to a 4 day on the Ecstasy out of Miami (the Victory didnt have waterworks and since my kid small, I figured that would be important). I now leave during Thanksgiving (which is what I wanted originally).

Looking at flight prices, its cheaper to fly into Fort Lauderdale than Miami. Now for my question: should I just stay in F.L. pre cruise and take a shuttle to port embarkation day OR get to Miami and get shuttle from there? What hotels would you recommend for either place. Keep in mind I'm still traveling alone with my then 4 year old son.

You guys know everything so I know im coming to the right place!
