  1. Captain Carnival runs the check in.  It's organized and fast. If he says 11:15 you will be ok.  We have 16 people going over at noon.  Eight of us got that time eight got later but we are all driving over together. Hopefully we will not get separated. We are all neighbors going over in 3 cars. There are 24 of us going all together but the other eight made their own arrangements or are Platinum

  2. My daughter got married on the Fantasy but it almost did not happen. Seems there is a clause that to get married in the Bahamas you have to wait 24 hours. The cruise change the itinerary and we were only there 10 hours. Nassau gave an exception because it was the itinerary change that affected the time. She did not want to be married in Freeport

  3. Yes your bags will be delivered to your room. Carry on should have your cruise documents and wine if you are bringing it and we always put our prescriptions on our carry on. Depending on what ship you are getting on if they give you your card a check in your cheers will be on the card, if it is one of the ships that your cards are left at your room mailbox your boarding pass will do for your cheers. I carry as little as possible when getting on the ship. After lunch take a walk around and see what the ship has to offer.

  4. It depends on where you are driving from. If you live in a snow belt I would still leave the day before. How about if there is an accident on the road and you are stuck. I would plan on a 5 hour drive but leave 8 hours before your assigned time for emergencys. Also if you drive that day will you be exhausted on your first night of the cruise.
