  1. Well it didn't ruin my cruise, we had so much difficulty with the elevators on my June 6th cruise on the Sunshine. When it came time for dinner there was only two or one out of the four aft elevators working, and I had to push someone in a wheelchair, and people kept pushing ahead of us, cramming the only working aft elevators, people who can actually WALK DOWN TWO FLIGHTS OF FREAKING STAIRS! And since it was the Sunrise dining room we were assigned to, we had no other elevator choices. So for half the cruise we had to wait in the dining room for a table for 9 to open back up since our tickets expired waiting for the elevators.

  2. Yup, we just pulled in to SJU now, its pouring. We were getting ready for formal night in our cabin and we noticed Captain Andreas* changed course from 311° to 125°, gradually. And then Jamie Dee came on the intercom and said we were going back. She also said this might affect our arrival into Grand Turk, but Jamie said she'd update us. We are adjacent to Pier 4 now in SJU.

    *Pretty sure that is his name, will check Fun Times and Officer list.

  3. Just got to Puerto Rico, so I'm checking in. I love the ship so far, family doesn't. The food is excellent, the itinerary is nice, the ropes course is exhilarating, but scary in some parts, and the itinerary is great, we loved St. Kitts so much. One waitress in the dining room, Marie, was extremely nice and tried her best to accommodate us to our full needs. We have tried requesting her the last two nights but have gotten nothing due to her section being filled up. Will be back for a more complete review.

  4. Hi,

    Tomorrow I leave for Port Canaveral for my 8 day cruise on the Sunshine. Gonna get there at like 10:30, 11:00. When I get on the ship, what are some good points of interest to go to (after I go straight to Guy's, of course)?

    Also, just making sure, they have highchairs in the dining room, correct? I'm 99.9% sure they do, but I was told to double check.

    *EDIT* I remembered, I need to ask something else. Should I have normal service in San Juan, or do I need to pay extra? I have Sprint (and I hate it, the service sucks compared to my old Verizon Windows Phone).
