I think at least 1 or 2 of the current 3 free ones will have to continue... the MDR is to small to accommodate everyone. I predict BBQ and Chibang will stay free, Italian will go back to a fee at some point

What test at Walgreens? We sail on Saturday and just went to Walgreens and they said the ID Now Rapid Diagnostic test would not be accepted. UGH! Thanks
we used ID now with the quoted 24 hour turnaround time with no issues. Actual time for results was about 4 hours. Carnival accepted it no problem.

Mardi Gras last week. Off the ship by 8:15 (self assist), through customs and on our shuttle to the airport by 8:30. Went very smooth till we got to MCO which was a zoo.
-
Would highly recommend your time dining on Mardi gras if for no other reason than chibang and Italian even if you eat at the same time every day you'll want those options

We used Walgreens and CVS no issue and free.

What was disappointing to you? We only went once and it was one of the best MDR visits I've had in quite a while.
We are dinner people, so we went to seated dinner every night. Chibang twice, Italian twice and MDR 3 times. Service in the MDR on the first formal night by was by far the worse service of the trip. Other nights were fine but not was good a chibang and our first Italian night.
We also just enjoyed the food less in the MDR than the other two free dinner venues (and lunch honestly). Food is obviously subjective but just our opinion.

Was on the same sailing my thoughts:
-fortune teller / Brass magnolia are great additions (Dont sleep on brass it seemed to take a few days for people to realize it was real good too)
- emrils seems to be a miss... Very underutilized. People want included or the full speciality dining experience if they are going to put food in that area it probably needs to be included.
- really liked the Chinese side of the chibang menu didn't have Mexican
- Italian was also pretty good
- don't see chibang and Italian going away from being included. The main dining room is to small
- main dining room was disappointing
- liked the layout of the ship a lot, central shows were cool.
- panini place is excellent for lunch. Carpase was my favorite
- big chicken is a good addition, the grilled chicken and eggs sandwiches are good.

I was on the Mardi Gras the 4th to 11th. I had heard 4500 guests vs full capacity of 5200. If it was actually full that's a really well designed ship. Comedy club, alchemy and fortune teller were the only places that ever felt busy. Alchemy and fortune teller weren't that bad.

Are you able to book the free speciality restaurants onboard or are they all booked up?
-
Probably Miami, you aren’t getting a deal on a high end watch in the Caribbean those stores are tourist traps just like the art onboard. Do your research and buy at home.

Until a vaccine has started to be distributed I think it's very reasonable to be concerned. It might go but there's a good chance it doesn't.
Don't give them any money you don't have too.

Our final payment was due tomorrow. Was able to call and switch sailings with 0 penalty even though we were booked early saver. Went from horizon 12/12/20 to mardi gras 11/6/21. My guess is the horizon sailing gets cancelled but wasn't willing to risk it.

If you didn't see this coming you shouldn't be buying individual stocks.

Your refund will be a new gift card if you paid with gift cards.

They have loosened up their policy. Doubt it will change any further.
what have they changed? Some airlines have gone from 0 refunds to full refunds... Carnival can and should do more

Cheers pkg out of Galveston????
in Carnival Cruise Lines

If youre driving I actually kinda like galveston for this reason. Still get the pre cruise cheers pricing, but bring your bottle of wine each for day 1. Save a few bucks, still have plenty to drink.
