Now I'm even sadder that I can't see them, just blank big square after square scrolling through. Pictures aren't showing on my iPad for some reason?
Me too, unfortunately I cannot see them...😔

Now it’s time for the lobster. That’s what I’m having…..
Next is the salmon. That’s what Patti’s having….
Chef adds more lobster, cooks, cuts up, and serves. Yummy!
Patti gets her Teriyaki salmon…..
The filet mignon hits the grill. Man, that smells good….
What a great meal! After everyone has eaten, we are given a Chocolate Bento Box with green tea ice cream for dessert…..
We recommend that everyone try this at least once. The food is great and you won’t leave hungry. The Chef puts on quite a show as he cooks up your meal. Be sure to book online before you board, as seating is very limited. For dinner they have three seatings at 5:30, 7:15, & 9:00 with only thirty seats per seating. They also do two seatings for lunch on sea days.
To be continued…..
This was one of our favorite places to eat!! Everything was amazing!

We made our specialty restaurant reservations (before Christmas) for our April Mardi Gras cruise, and was shocked and pleased to see I was able to use my OBC .... and use it for CHEERS! too! 😁

Sitting in the terminal now, was wearing a fabric mask… there’s a guy 2 seats down. He’s
Snorting snot, he’s flushed, he’s sick. For sure. I walk away and put an N95 on. He’s just gross. Has his headphones in and can’t hear himself snorting away. I won’t let my kids go to school when they are doing that, Covid or not. Take a decongestant and an antihistamine. Good gravy.
OMG! Been there, done that! I traveled over Christmas and I had this same experience. Just gross...I also prayed he wasn't sitting next to me. Looking forward to your review! Safe travels.🙂

Got my Pfizer Booster shot last week and unfortunately I got the full side effects, chills, night sweats, and sore in the arm, fever. It started around the 10th hour after injection and by the 24th hour it was all gone except for the arm soreness. I had a reaction to both shots so I was mentally prepared but physically not so much.
This happened to me as well. I was fine up until 12 hours after the shot (Pfizer)...I had chills, body aches, fever and I thought my arm was going to fall off it hurt so bad. I am glad it is done though. We don't cruise until April, so who knows what changes will be in store by then.

At this point we were concerned that the Captain might cancel this port stop. Patti started snapping some more pictures just in case this was as close as we were going to get. This is the Avalon Casino, and no, you can’t gamble there…..
This is the view to the right of the Avalon Casino…..
Here are a couple of views looking toward Avalon…..
The houses go back up into the hills…..
The Wrigley Mansion is way up there…..
Here are some of the towering hills surrounding the town of Avalon…..
Right before 10 am we saw a loaded tender heading over. We might make it to land yet!
To be continued…..
We went to Catalina Island back in 2018 for Christmas with my husband's family (his brother lives in San Diego) . The entire family rented golf carts and drove around the island. It was absolutely beautiful! Hope to be able to enjoy it again one day. Thanks for sharing..it brings back lots of fond memories.

Former Jersey girl here.......lol.... So looking forward to your review! We had the Panorama booked in May 2020 with my brother--in-law (and we all know how that turned out 😔), and I had followed your previous review/recommendations to actually plan for our trip. I hope one day soon I will be able to sail the Panorama. 😁
