  1. Whenever people complain about imperfections on their cruises I wonder, was it still overall a great experience? Cruising isn't cheap, if I cruise regularly and it seems to be such a hit or miss vacation I feel like I would find other trips to spend my money on. I can never quite gauge whether people's complaints are nitpicky on small things that could have been better, or if they're major influences on their overall vacation

  2. Interesting to see that every Flowrider session is listed as $69 and needing a reservation. Lots of good info overall, though I have found a bug already - location of ship and Nav marker don't match on the map.

This confused me so much. "Since when did they start charging for the flowrider. $69 each time?!". Had to go digging to see you meant for lessons

  3. We are on the same sailing and I was wondering about this excursion as well. And I get a little nervous about eating and drinking things off the ship.

Besides tap water, you have a good bet of finding your best meal somewhere off ship.

And to the OP, just go for the transfer if the food doesn't interest you. Eat before and after the excursion

  4. I do not know if this makes a difference, but there is a Sorrentos on the Liberty. My husband describes the pizza at Sorrentos as a notch above Cafe Promenade. He describes the pizza at Sorrentos as "edible."

Are all crusts made on board? I cannot eat red sauce. No pizza for me at Cafe Promenade. At Sorrentos I can get a white pizza made with mozzarella, mozzarella or mozzarella cheese. I have them smother it with vegetables and as my husband says it is "edible."

I was under the impression that were have been talking about Sorrentos all along

  5. Anything at Labadee is going to be through Royal since you can't leave the port area. I've done jet skis there just because I tended to trust them more than random ones in Mexico or other islands (which may be a poor assumption).

Seems like solid logic to me. Anyone working there has to get permission from Royal. The area is literally enclosed and protected by armed guards. Hard to imagine they'd be able to get away with anything shady

  6. Wow, this is a really interesting thread. I apparently have way different pizza tastes than most people. Ignoring nicer options and just sticking with fast food/quick pizza chains, my ranking would be:

    Cheap Frozen Pizza

    Wal-Mart Grab and Go

    Little Caesars

Brand name frozen pizza (DiGorno etc)

    Papa Murpheys

    7-11

    Royal Caribbean

    CiCis

    Anthony's

    Papa Johns

    Dominoes

    Pizza Hut

Thank you for giving 7/11 pizza the respect it deserves. Sure it's terrible, but it's also delicious. If that make any sense
