Which ship or port? Some have been strictly adhering to appt times. Others not so much. It can cause a messy confusion.

We like deck 8 as it's nice to stroll thru Central Park or go to Park Cafe for a light breakfast or lunch as both on deck 8. The speciality restaurants (Chops, 150 CP and Giovanni's) are also on deck 8. Easy to get to the Boardwalk two decks down on deck 6. If we need to go from AFT to FWD (or vice versa), many times it faster walking thru Central Park than thru the corridors, especially when cabin attendants are doing the morning or evening room cleanings and many carts are in the hallways.
