Bring on a Gold Coast Cruise Terminal. I would definitely cruise more often.

We did the cherry blossom cruise a few years back on the Sun Princess ex Sydney and the tsunami prevented us from getting to japan. It still turned out to be one of my favorites with additional stops in China instead.
I am certainly for bringing this cruise back and would book tomorrow if it was.

I was told by a cabin steward on our last cruise that if tips were given to crew then they had to declare them and it didn't go direct to them unless the stateroom number was paying gratuities.

New names would be preferable as you don't want to be carrying old baggage.
I thought the Pacific Sun was old and decrepit and would find myself making comparisons if they named another ship the same.

No cruise line would ever put a cruise ship in an Australian dry dock because it would be too expensive. It would be cheaper to tow it to Singapore.
Either way, they wont dry dock until next year because its all about dollars and slowing down wont stop them earning any less.

If i were ever asked to name i port i would like to miss it would be Noumea.
And if it was indeed a speed reduction of 4 knots to 18 knots max then you would have barely noticed anyway. Its hard to please everyone. Would you have preferred to stay at home? Maybe that's an option next time.

There is generally only one Australian power outlet in the stateroom so take a power board.
I also throw in a short ext lead as they are never in good locations
