  1. It is also a charter for March for two weeks. 70s Hippy Cruise and The 80s Cruise. We are doing both. I had a fun time last year doing it. It's through Star Vista group that charters lots of music cruises. And they do an exceptionally good job in doing it.

  2. Four weeks ago, we made our 10am flight.

We were off the ship by 7;30. We took the first cab we saw and at MIA a little after 8ish.

If you have TSA pre-check like we do, we went right through security and were at the gate just before 9.

We were on the Harmony and they really want you off the ship a.s.a.p. and they have the process down getting you off the ship.

  3. WE have never had a problem ordering a special pizza. MY girlfriend is particular about what goes on her pizza. Sometimes she stops by the salad bar and in a bowl, she puts what items she sees that she likes and then takes it to the pizza location and asks for a whole pizza made with these items that she wanted. Plus, extra cheese. Never had a problem. They always say come back in about 15 minitues and the pizza is ready for us. Alway great service. Just ask and they will make a whole pie for you. And while you are waiting you can get other things for your table.

  4. Good day everybody.

It's been awhile and I forgot.

Other than a lower deposit for booking on the ship.  Is there anything else that we would get, if we booked on the ship. Compare to booking right now?

Will be sailing the Harmony in 2 weeks. Should I wait or book our Thanksgiving cruise now. Ship still has plenty of room for Thanksgiving.

    Thanks. Enjoy your day

We are on board Marina now and it is a fantastic cruise, definitely do not miss it.  We are sailing close bye through the various bays and I would suggest you’re bringing along a pair binoculars and if you have 35 mm camera’s with some great lenses, definitely bring them.

it is SPECTACULAR to say the least.

We are also on the Marina. And want to say. We are also enjoying this Most Excellent Adventure.

Please remember your binoculars.  They do come in handy.

Even though we are getting close enough to see a lot. But the binoculars really makes it more spectacular.

And the OLife Antarctic Speaker Series are outstanding.

We have four speakers on board. Each a professional in the subject of Antarctic.

Still looking for a private car transport in Rio.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks.

Try Googling it or go to Viator. They have lots of options to choose a private car to and from the airport.

I booked a car to meet us at Rio airport through Viator. Also go to TripAdvisor.

  7. Good day

We will be flying out of Santiago Airport. February 2023

I was wondering what needs to be done to check in. And how soon do we need to be there before our flight?

Is it an easy airport to get around in?

I heard that you need to buy a departure tax (stamp) before you can even check-in. Is that true? And if so, where do we go to get this so-called tax thing to fly out?
