I'm traveling on the Ruby on November 30th with a group of 15. I called Princess and they were super helpful to set up dining for all of us at three separate tables next to each other. That said, I received an email on Friday informing me that all of my reservations have been cancelled with no explanation why. When I called back I was told they could no longer accommodate my request and also could not tell me why they were cancelled. So, I wish you much better luck!

They definitely announced changing the Salty Dog Gastropub into an O'Malleys. I just checked the deck plans for Discovery Princess and while it gives to deck plan options, I picked for sailings after May 2024 and it still shows both Bistro Sur la Mer and the Salty Dog, so perhaps this isn't happening anytime soon.

I sent the completed Princess Shareholder Benefit form as well as a copy of my most recent (August) brokerage statement to sbpcl@princesscruises.com last Monday, September 18th and had the credit added to my account on Thursday, September 21st. So, if they have all the required info, it should be super quick. I never received a notification email, I just happened to be on my account to look at something else when I saw it had been added.

I've done both a deluxe balcony and a club class mini suite, which is what the reserved collection mini suites are now. Personally, I didn't find the added extras that came with club class to be all that worth it. You get a couple different items on the menu in the MDR, a bottle of wine in your cabin and different canapes delivered to your room in the evening. I would much prefer the larger balcony, but that's only because I enjoy lounging out there. If you don't plan on spending much time in your room, the perks of the reserve collection will likely outweigh the benefit of a larger balcony that won't get used.
