I'm super late to the party, but I still wanted to say that I loved your review! You have a great way of sharing your enthusiasm! Thank you for sharing; your review made me 1000 times more excited for my future solo cruise :-)

After reading your Explorer review, I went straight to this one! Your pictures are beautiful and I really enjoyed reading about your trip. I particularly appreciated the Barcelona part since I will be going there for the first time later this year. I am a planner, too, and I added a lot of notes to my adventure doc :)
Thank you for sharing!

I'm really loving your review! I'll be on the Explorer in October and I enjoy getting to know her. Thank you for sharing!

I'm in the process of booking the same cruise and I will also be travelling solo. I'll be in London for a few days before the cruise, and in Barcelona for 2-3 days after.
I was in London for a week around New Year's Eve (solo again), so if you have some specific questions about being a solo tourist in the city, I can probably answer some of them.
The only safety-related thing I can think about regarding London is don't board unlicensed cabs. I never felt unsafe in London, but the latest I was out was 10pm and there were enough people around for me to be comfortable.
I wouldn't wait too long before booking a room in London for October; I expect the rugby world cup will bring a lot of people to the city and prices already are a lot higher than what I paid in December.
If you're landing in Heathrow, I recommend taking the Heathrow Express train to Paddington station. From there, you can get pretty much anywhere using public transit. I will also rely on the train to take me to Southampton on boarding day.
Those are the only tips I can think of at the moment, but if you have any questions about London, ask away!

Could I also get the discount email, please? laurieannelavoie at gmail dot com

Your pictures are amazing! I'm in the process of shopping to replace my very old Canon, and your pictures are making me seriously consider Sony. I know the man behind the camera plays a great role in how the pictures turn out, but they're just so beautiful and clear, even in lower lighting!
Loved the candy and scotch pictures. Those Milka products look delicious.
I can't wait to be in St Maarten! Did you get the opportunity to hang out after your tour? If so, I'll take recommandations of things to see/do close to the port.
I look forwards to the rest; thanks for sharing!

I've devoured all your other reviews after booking a cruise on the Silhouette, and this is the first time I'm following one "live". It's very exciting :D
I love your pictures. They're so beautiful! Thanks for posting pictures of the accessible room. There aren't nearly enough out there.
Can't wait to read the rest!
Princess Cays Beauty Products
in Private Islands

Sadly, Google has failed me on this one, so I am turning to you!
My step mother visited Princess Cays last year and she fell in love with a line of beauty products that she hadn't seen before and hasn't seen since. It's called Inis (I think) and it was sold in a lot of shops around the port.
Does anyone know if: 1. I have the right name and 2. it can be bought anywhere online?
Thank you!
