I'll be on my first Celebrity cruise aboard the Silhouette from Port Everglades. Even though it's my first Celebrity cruise I have been granted Elite status due to my Diamond status on Royal. Just wondering if Celebrity provides priority boarding for this level without a suite booking?

Two Thumbs Up. :)
This whole topic puzzles me. Most people are not great cooks. What is it that people eat when they are home?
This is my thought as well, what or where do these people eat on a daily basis? There is a reason 5 star restaurants have very limited seating, it because there is no possible way to serve 3500 gourmet made to order main courses in a day let alone in 4 hours.

3 hours and I should be having a drink at the sky bar on Freedom!
-
In about 12 hours we will be boarding FOS

49 hours! But who's counting? 😎

Bob,
Where are the coolers? I only remember the mini-bar fridge in the desk/mirror part.
We have some insulin that we are bringing on board. it doesn't HAVE to be refrigerated, so we don't ask for the mini fridge from Guest Services. I'm sure there are people who need it more than we do.
Thanks! :D
We always have them empty the fridge on the first day, then we stock up on water bottles ( which we get with our drink package) to take ashore with us;)

This time next week, Florida will be disappearing in freedoms wake!

7 days! For FOS

I can tell you on our cruise on fos we could not show up and be seated and all the time slots we tried to book were taken.. You can just book a time and cancel it... That would be my recommendation...
For our FOS cruise next week we have mtd and have reserved 730 every night just to make sure we have a spot, but we will adjust as needed to fit our needs ( we hope :sly:) lol

Hmmmm, didn't even know there were pins for levels below diamond. How have I survived without these on the 2 cruises since we hit platinum? Lol
-
Agreed. We learned to do that in Vegas. The alcohol is always flowing - we usually throw a round of bottled water in there for good measure.
I'm not a fan of sparkling - but the husband is. That's why he's getting the Ultimate. I'm thinking about the juice and the specialty coffee. One or two in the morning and one mid-afternoon would really come in handy - and make up the difference! :D
We both have premium packages, but like you I'm thinking I could easily have 3 or 4 coffees a day. I've never tried the " premium" coffees offered on board so I'm thinking I'll try one first then decide wether or not to bump one of the packages up to ultimate

Standard beer menu from Adventure last week. Duck and Dog Pub had other imports
WTH! No red stripe?
-
Gotcha! :D Thanks! If I miss it I can always purchase onboard - but I like having all purchases made before cruise. Just hemming and hawing between Premium and Ultimate. I mean - I love specialty coffee - but that much?
1 coffee and a fresh oj at breakfast and you have made up the difference in price.

7 days til flight 9 til we board FOS!

Think about it ....
Grand Cayman is one of the safest port stops in the Caribbean ... but it is also one of the most expensive. ;)
LuLu
Funny how those 2 things usually go together! Lol

would you take a taxi here?
Yes it's a a pretty short can ride from the pier. Just make sure you tell them the beach club or you will and up at the bar in town

I would rather mingle with the peasants in an uncrowded area than with Royalty in a crowded area. People are people. Lose the crown & robes and all the different groups of people are more or less the same.
Exactly which is why I am usually at the sky bar!

Agree with you 100%. Life is not a pissing match and in this case we are talking about vacation.
Agreed ITS VACATION PEOPLE! Every person on that ship has at least a couple things in common, 1) we all paid a considerable amount of money to be there, 2) we did so in anticipation of having a better than average experience. I will never know why so many feel the need to compare and contrast their situation with the next to them. I find the pool bars to be the great equalizer swim trunks and over priced drinks for everybody! Lol. If I'm not eating sleeping or gambling you can find me at the sky bar:beer::cool:

I LOVE Harry potter lol. Last year Grandeur stopped in Orlando and we went to universal. Was exhausted by the time I got back to the ship though.
I'm sure you were, that is a long day

Just curious, what age are the kiddies? Our DS is only eight, but I think 20 to 25 would be the age to cut the cruise ambilical cord. You know, so long he is in school, a responsible young man etc...
He is D on his own accord, and has only paid us in memories that will last a lifetime. For me, that is payment enough.:)
They are 19 and 22, both in college. I apparently spoke to soon as the DW informed me today that we will. E taking them both on jewel with us in Mar. Apparently the cord has been reattached. I always kinda thought it was ;)
Is there priority boarding for Captains Club ?

When my TA booked the trip he added my Crown & Anchor number and my elite status was created automatically. Elite status is displayed when I look at my reservation on line, so if it's not showing on there reservation they should call CC or their TA
