We Sail Serenade Boston-Bermuda This Sunday. I Just recieved An Email Offering A Cabin Upgrade. We Currently (2 of us) Have A Mid-ship Deck 9 Balcony Cabin. They Offered Us A Jump To A JS for 1500.00.... Is That Crazy Or Am I Missing Something?  Thanks Dan

I agree with the OP. It just kind of sucks that they always send the diversion that way. Honestly we were diverted 2 years ago to Portland - Halifax and it's on my top 3 of best cruises ever . Weather was 80-85 and sunny absolutely perfect!  But on the other hand the chance of the awesome weather that time of year is hit/miss. It would be nice if they made more of an attempt to head south.

We cruised LOS Aug. 2015 out of NJ . 

Hamilton is great! it's also in the middle of the island plus /plus. You will not be disappointed with this itinerary

Michael's will probably be his establishment of choice. However if the weather is nice enough for north star to be open, you become friendly with the staff, you will have what you want. It's amazing what a 10-20.00 tip on day one does

Honestly , if they are going non-refundable, seems to me that it would be no harm for them to do reduced booking fees? I think you would surprised at how many booking fees they would end up with. Dan

Nothing ever works on explorer, Azipods,ice cream machine, fix-pod and now the flow-rider. Lol

Well also the RCCL staff is not being trained well and they are not always making sure people are riding safe.

I see it again and again where the RCCL staff is doing stupid things - endangering the safety of the rider!

Didn't get a chance to do I-fly on my last anthem cruise but as far as north star goes, it's very cool! We were hanging out at the sky bar shortly before passing below the Verrazano bridge,shortly after passing we were asked if we would like to try it. I have some cool pics with the bridge in background. I really don't think a reservation is necessary. Never seemed like the line was very long

I sailed anthem in Sept. To bermuda. I have also sailed 4 other RC ships numerous times. I was very nervous after reading so much negative press. We had great weather ( always helps), and it was overall the best ship to date for us. If I had one complaint it was the dining . It was a disaster. Food was excellent but the system bad. They have since done awAy with it . I hope it's better for my Sept 22 sailing but it still wouldn't be a deal breaker. Dan

No comparison to DCL? Ha ha that's a funny statement. What did your Majesty 3 night set you back? 400 bucks? Before you judge an entire Line you should try a Royal trip that has a comparable price point

Just got back from the 5 day. They did have football on in several bars on-board. Above posts are accurate per the beaches. We had "we will rock you" you will as well. We also had the Journey tribute band, hopefully you will as well, they were very good. Dan
