  1. As long As GOS has been the topic of much discussion so far this week, Lets continue but on a different note... Question for Debate is, If they were to ever replace GOS in Baltimore, what ships in the current fleet could be candidates? This certainly by no means is aimed negatively toward the GOS. I have cruised her and she is a beautiful Girl.(minus her wrinkles):D. As someone wrote in a prior post "How many times can you cruise the same ship?" So are we ready for a replacement or are we good for the years to come with GOS? Dan

  2. My son and I did the "All Access" aboard LOS last month. It was really Awesome. Great Crew aboard LOS, They answered any and all questions. I forget Who the Captains first assistant is but he was great. (I just remember he was from England). Anyhow I highly recommend and yes they did take a roll-call before the tour started. Dan

  3. We just stayed in liberty JS 1706 aft . It was deck 10 so the overhang guaranteed no soot. No out of the ordinary vibration. Certain docking maneuvers some vibration, no biggie it's a ship lol. Never saw any soot at all on the cabins below us. I have almost always had an aft cabin and in the past experiences some soot. Cabin attendant will have it cleaned day to day. Fyi. Dan

  4. Myself, wife and 2 boys just did the August 8th Sailing to Bermuda. It was our 6th and first aboard Liberty. She is a beautifully maintained ship. You would never in a million years guess that she has a drydock scheduled in jan. It was a fantastic trip. We had 1706 deck10 Aft JS. Olive and twist is a great place to relax and have a few drinks at night. Yes sorrentos is barely pallable, but at mid-night..... Have a great trip. Dan
