Has anyone recently flown from Barcelona after a cruise? There are limited flights coming back and the only nonstop one on Delta leaves at 10:30 in the morning. Is that possible to make from the port and not miss the flight? Thanks for any answers!
Check if Norwegian Air has better times.

It does not mention the extra point for singles, so do they still do it?
I got it on my sailing with Symphony last September.
The rule are set in number 14 on page 2 at this flyer:

I agree about email, that could take a couple of weeks, if they respond at all. I'd call customer service.
OP, if they cannot immediately move you to MTD. then ask to be put on the wait list.
I'm not way to sure about Royal's internal rules, but are the international offices of Royal allowed to touch American reservations? Here in Norway, the Oslo office usually reply within about two to three days.

And it's better to get it changed before you board.

I recently booked a cruise on Ovation through Casino Royale on the phone and they automatically gave me a traditional dining time.
I'd prefer to change to my time dining, is it possible to to do that once I'm onboard, or should I contact them beforehand. If so, is there an email address I can use, as I would prefer not to have to call them again.
Thanks
My first try would be to send Royal a PM on their official Facebook site and ask. If they can't help you there, they can give you the email or a phone number.
I've seen reports here that those who have sent email, it will take several days to get a reply.

Usually I don't get a guest copy when I pay or book a cruise online, so I often send a pm to Royal on their official Facebook site and ask for a guest copy. I'll usually get it within a few minutes.

Can you select the port arrival time and then go back in and do the rest of the check in?
I need to coordinate with my group to ensure we all get into the same arrival time since we will all arrive together.
I don't believe you can, but I might be wrong.
Anyway, they don't care when you arrive, as no one checks your arrival time.

Hello everyone,
If I purchase one WiFi package for one adult, can it be shared? Can one person log off and another person login on the same package?
Yes, you can share it. It follows the number of devices, not the person. So if you buy a 1 device package, you can use any number of devices, but only 1 at a time.

Thanks for the reply. I assume they want to ensure people have the cruise paid off before letting them do the online check in. We booked early so we could ensure we got the room we wanted. I was hoping I could at least pay for an Internet package and maybe a drink package, but guess not.

To my knowledge, you don't have to be fully paid to do the online check in. You do however need to be fully paid to print the setsail pass.
Regarding Wi-Fi, drink package etc, that you can book and pay for when they release it, no matter if you have fully paid or not.

Yep you’re most probably right on all points. Will try contacting crown and anchor. Also can’t add my reservation to my account so not sure what is going on there. I can’t access cruise planner unless I can do that.
Thank you
You don't need to link your cruise to get to the cruise planner. You can use this link: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruiseplanner

so I had a cruise booked with royal Caribbean for February this year. In September we had issues with getting a passport for my daughter and a few other things happened so I cancelled this cruise. Was told I would get the deposit back by the person I spoke to initially.
When we didn’t get in back I contacted them again and was told too bad it was too late and we had lost our deposit. We did cancel in time but they claimed no knowledge of the phone call.
Gave up and swore we would never sail with them again.
Then memories of what a great time we had and the September sale with on board credit tempted us and we booked another. For March 2019.
But when I got my invoice. No onboard credit has been applied.
I contacted royal in Australia asking them why. Also wanting help with my crown and anchor account. My number is coming up as invalid. I also can’t link my reservation to my account. I asked them if they could fix all this as well as maybe look at compensating us a little for the deposit we lost. Maybe a little on board credit or a discounted drink package.
Finally heard back and the only response I got was we would receive no on board credit as apparently with that sale there was a cut off for the credit which we missed by a couple of days (it was apparently only for later sailings.....I did not see that anywhere but sure it was written somewhere in fine print).
No help offered for linking my reservation to my booking nor any help with my crown and anchor. Nor any mention of the lost deposit.
To be honest I’m disgusted with the lack of customer service. We’ve now lost $800 on this company and probably will lose another $800 if I don’t get a response soon or can’t link my crown and anchor or reservation to my account.
Royal Caribbean Australia are useless. Where to now?
:o
Try sending a PM on the official Royal Caribbean International Facebook site and ask for their advice I often get a reply there within 10 minutes or so.

True, but its rare in my experience to get a can/cold can, they usually give you an 8 ounce glass wtih 4oz of ice. At least with the souvenir cup, you get closer to 16 oz of liquid.
I often ask for no ice when I get a soda at the bar.

Hi everyone! I have a question (I apologize because it is a silly question) about online check in. I know you can check in 90 before your sail date but what time is the check in process open on that 90 days prior? Is it open to check in at midnight? Is it open at 9 am? I am traveling with a few other and we would like to try to get close to the same check in times at the port. Thank you in advance!

From my experience, the online check in opens at midnight 90 days before at Miami time.
Edit; the arrival times you get when you check in, is a suggestion only. Just show up when you want at the port, as long as you are onboard 90 minutes before the ship leaves.

Is the 7.95 room service charge per person or per cabin ?
thanks
Per delivery. Continental breakfast is free.

So I went to purchase our drink packages for our cruise that leaves Saturday and it won’t let me. I wish it had said I couldn’t do it right before the cruise. I really don’t want to lose that 20%. Is there anything I can do. I plan on calling at my lunch break but I thought I’d see if that’s even a good idea.
Candice
You're too late, as it close 3 days before your cruise.
When you are in the drink package section, the cut off date and time is shown at the bottom of the page.

Hi there,
We'll be cruising on NCL Escape in January and was wondering about the pre-authorization for onboard expenses. European CC's have lower credit limits than American CC's. Most people use their debit cards all of the time and the CC just for holidays and so do I. My credit limit is just about $1500. My estimated spending on board will be around $700-$1000. With the pre-authorization will that be sufficient or do I need to get in contact with my bank to increase my spending limit? Of course I do have enough funds on my debit card and cash, just not in credit. Another option would be to deposite cash or buy onboard credit in advance, but would like to avoid that if not absolutely necessary.
NB. We've booked a cruise with the premium all inclusive package so all drinks, service charges and gratuities are paid for in advance.
Have you considered to buy some onboard credit before you go to avoid the "risk"?

Hi Bob,
Do you know if they are enforced in European ports (specifically Copenhagen)... or can we just do the same as in the US and show up anytime we like during the boarding window?
Thanks,
Melissa
I have not seen any reports of it being enforced in Europe.

Bob,
The reason AT&T still allows data over the Cellular@Sea network is because they own the company. The speeds for Cellular@Sea data is still GPRS (which means it is 1g... yes that is correct. Not 2g, 3g, 4g, or 4g LTE). That means that it will be worse than the worst cruise wi-fi you have ever experienced.
Also, to be safe, wi-fi calling should be activated while on your home cellular network. Some companies do a background download to your phone when activating wi-fi calling.
As to texts, if you have an iPhone, then texts will use the VOOM data network. Android is kinda iffy. My Android sends some texts over data and some using the cellular network. Geek friends with Android have reported the same experience.
Are you sure they own the company? From my info cellular at sea is owned by Telenor Maritime, former MCP.

The casino was closed when we was there on Getaway last year. It did open after we left the port on the second day.
It's very rare that the casino is open in the ports.

does anyone have the compass out of Barcelona from Symphony of the Seas saved so we can copy it
thanks

Yep, they kindly provided me with the USA phone number for C&A - not really practical to call from the UK
Why not call the UK number for Crown and Anchor?

And is printing your cruise planner calendar and taking it with you the ONLY way to remember what you have booked for what days? Sailing on A 9-day Grandeur right now, and I confess I am old, and so have struggled to find out a way to keep track. I have had to ask the DL Concierge to look it up for me, which he could do, but have not figured out a way to find that info in my cabin or online. I must have missed discussions of what happened to the Royal Caribbean app I used to use when onboard ships. My understanding is that whatever new app RCI has now is only available on Oasis class ships.
I've had Royal sending me an email with the stuff that's in the calendar. The email shows what I booked through the cruise planner (not added by me). Or you can just take a Word document and just write the day, time and event manually and print it out.

Was trying to save the phone call but appears waiting on hold will be the answer.
Try sending them a message on their official Facebook site They respond pretty quickly there

The tickets have name on it, the name it was booked in. When you book the excursion, add your son from the other cabin in the booking process, and then select those who are going on the tour.
