    Currently purchased cruise in Canadian Dollars, in the past we were able to purchase OBC in advance at a fixed rate. Has anyone done this recently? I called in and the agent said they were using the Bank of America rate and quoted me 1.28 CAD per 1 USD (which is very discounted and didnt seem to make sense). Also is withdrawing OBC (cash) in the casino still allowed?
