Ok. And the form can only be done on board? One of her parents can't sign ahead? Also, do you know if my daughter will be able to get the Caps and Corks program under the Free at Sea deal?

My daughter and her friend are going on a cruise with my youngest daughter and me on an NCL cruise where we have the Free at Sea offer. The girls aren't eligible for the open bar offer because they are under 21. However, I am ok with them drinking beer and wine in international waters (as NCL allows). The NCL rep today told me that she couldn't sign them up for the Corks and Caps program because you have to submit the permission form on the ship only. At that point, she said, they should be able to add the Corks and Caps program for them under the Free at Sea promotion and we will just pay the gratuities. Anyone done this before?
