Thanks, that's what I was thinking as well...plus not having to exchange it first when on shore leave. -
DH & I usually tip a little extra for great service on US based cruises in USD, should we tip in Euro during out Italy cruise?

DH and I went on one a few years ago in Barcelona during a transatlantic cruise. Definately worth it, fun, educational and gave us a new perspective on what the local markets have to offer. I would say to go for it! Best!
