I still cannot work out when the formal nights are. I know in another thread it was said to be shown in my activities, we have 60 days to our cruise and it is still not showing unless I am looking in the incorrect place.

Seishin is $40 per person for the evening

I just asked SS to issue the tickets and they did after I agreed they would be non refundable. Hope you get it sorted

SS booked my flights as well with BA which I was happy with but I could not select a seat as SS had not issued the tickets. So I called SS and asked if they would issue them and said they only do this 60 days before the sailing but could request them to be issued if I agreed they would be non refundable. So I did agree and then was able to book my seats the next day at a cost as most know BA do charge for seating requests but for me it is worth the piece of mind. This was about 5 months before the cruise.

I think it is handled by a different department at SS, as I too have booked directly and when I called and asked for the tickets to be 'issued' the agent said she would have to contact the Air division. However she did come back to me the next day so 8 days does seem a long time.
