You may have already sailed but you should google Cruzan Cowgirls. I don't want to put up a link and risk violating the rules but they are great people.

It's a complete waste of time, they basically sit you in a big room to watch a long commercial before they drive you around in a big golf cart. Then you get 2 drinks at the bar and buy crap you don't need at the gift shop.

Go to Cruzan, they actually walk you through the plant and explain everything to you. At the end you can drink pretty much whatever you want.

Between Sandcastle and Dorsch Beach next door the whole area is always packed with locals on Sundays. Of course you are all welcome to come join us but if you're looking for a quiet relaxed time I recommend you head over to Rainbow Beach.

I don't know of any showers down there but there is certainly a bathroom at Rhythms. I'm going there for lunch tomorrow, I will look around for showers for you.
