We've done the Rising Son, and had a great time. People of all ages were on the boat. Restless Native is good too; same type of trip.

Thank you! I will research them now.

Charles, that is valuable info. Thanks!
My daughter and I had a blast atFun Golf. Neither of us are golfers. It has a pretty lively bar area (we're not drinkers either, but had fun), and it's a great spot to watch sunset.

Thank you. For Icy Strait Point, they were recommended Glacier Winds for whale watching, andJuneau Harv and Marv. Do you know of any hiking type tours in Juneau? I'm not finding a lot.

My daughter and her husband are cruising from Seattle Aug 27, 2022. For those that have been here before- which port would you whale watch? It looks to me both are good, but if they chose one, what to do in the other port? They like hiking, etc. Thanks in advance!

I also think it is a money grab. There is a petition to end it. Sign if you wish to. https://www.change.org/p/get-rid-of-bermuda-s-ta-travel-authorisation?utm_content=cl_sharecopy_33063865_en-CA%3A5&recruiter=69915675&recruited_by_id=ab440a90-5130-11e3-98e5-316c27430df3&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink&utm_campaign=psf_combo_share_initial&utm_term=psf_combo_share_initial&share_bandit_exp=initial-33063865-en-US

Does anyone know why there are no cruises listed for 2023? I'd like to move my cruise back a year, but I don't see any for Cape Liberty. Any info? Thank you!

Has any Royal ship gone to Bermuda since pandemic? I'm booked for 7/2/22, and really hope it's going to Bermuda.

Marco, what cruise line? I'm on RC, and June not canceled yet. I almost wish they would.

I got an email today with new coupon and good exp date. You should be getting one
-
I put my reservation number in my email, but not my phone number. Like you, I also don't pick up unknown number calls!
-
I got a voicemail today from RC. Said the date was an error, and will issue new credit with expiration 12/31/21. Funny, in my email, I didn't put my phone number, so they must have looked up my info. Anyway, I'm happy!

HOT OF THE PRESSERS GUYS.
Hope this email finds you well – received your note from Mr. Bayley.
I apologize for the trouble and confusion. You see, your Future Cruise Credit was issued as part of our general non-refundable deposit process which normally gives our guests one year from the time it was issued. But we get that with everything we have going on…and all of our new world rules, as related to Cruise With Confidence - it can be very confusing for everyone all.
So, no worries – we actually made the decision to update all of these non-refundable deposit FCCs till the December 31, 2021 expiration date for alignment and more clarity for our guests.
It’s gonna take a little bit – because we sent out a HUGE batch when you got yours. So, please stand by – but you will see a new one with a new expiration date in the next week or so. Bear with us, please – lots going on.
All the best,

Yay! This is awesome! I emailed Bayley and Freed, but have not heard back. I also screen shotted your email. Let's hope we all get a corrected voucher. QUESTION- if the new one says expires 12/31/21, do we still have to book by August? I thought I read that somewhere in the policy.

i just spent almost 7 hours on the phone getting the runaround. The customer service team obviously is not equipped and/or uninformed completely that this presumed error is happening. It seems no one can help right now it is maddening having "supervisors" make up new policies that are written no where. I had one literally tell me that the CWC doesn't apply to non-refundable deposits, that is written where?
I've emailed Michael Bayley at RCL alerting him that there is potentially a system wide issue with the FCCs as multiple individuals are all getting the same error that is contrary to the terms in the CWC. We shall see if someone on his team responds.
I emailed Mr. Bayley this morning also. No response yet. What's your guess on how this will turn out?

Unless you cancelled before 3/6, you should be covered by the CWC program and the FCC should good to apply by end of 2021. You may need to call to get the date fixed on your FCC.
Checked my paperwork this morning. I canceled March 11.

I would ask for a new voucher, not just a verbal. If you read the printunder the voucher itself, it said Cruise must be before the expiration date.

Thank you. Can you please post your results on this thread? I hate to lose the money. If I do, I'll sail Norwegian out of NY instead.

Thank you. This is helpful to know it happened to many others. I hope it gets straightened out.

I canceled my 6/26/20 cruise in March. I was told good through 2021, but later, read a year from the cruise date. I now want to cruise 6/24/21, but my voucher says expires May 28. My daughter works for a school, which is why we booked the last week of June. Will they give me an extension? I hate to lose my credit.

I use a pool noodle when I snorkel.

Take the shuttle bus to Horseshoe. If you walk to the left, there are walking trails. It is some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen.

Maybe they use swords. 🤗

I went a couple of years ago, and didn't book an excursion. It's a beautiful beach day. We took the tram to Columbus Cove, which is the last beach. Great swimming (no rocks), less crowded, and the bbq was set up close by. I was with my daughter, so we rented float mats. We had a really good time.
-
We did the fun golf at night last year, and it was a good time. Great place to see the sunset also.
