He paid for our entrance fees at each place with the cash we gave him. I did bring extra cash for souvenirs, and I also tipped him at the end. He kept our stuff locked up in his (very nice) transport van. We did not worry at all that our stuff wasn't safe.

Yes, we did end up using Oneil. He is FANTASTIC!! I seriously can not say enough wonderful things about him and our day in Jamaica. We did the Blue Hole and tubing, it was great!! I did Zelle him a deposit then paid him cash for the balance when he picked us up.

Thank you for your review! We will be in Jamaica next week and still haven't booked anything! If you don't mind my asking, how was the Blue Hole? I read a review online that it was dirty with trash and broken glass, which makes me nervous with my family, but it gets great reviews. Thanks!

Hello! My family is sailing to Ocho Rios in a few weeks. We booked last minute, so the excursion we were really hoping to do (blue hole and tubing) is already full through NCL. We have not been to Jamaica before, but I keep reading about how we are better off booking with the cruise line directly for safety reasons. For those of you that have been to this port before, do you feel we are better off picking another excursion through the ship, or are we ok booking through someone with good reviews? The Blue Hole is #1 on my list of things to see in Jamaica, not I'm not willing to risk our safety to see it! We are a family of 5, with my 3 kids being 14, 14 and 18 and looking for an adventurous excursion. Any other tips or suggestions are welcomed! Thanks all!
