  1. Similar position. Travelling in March and ours will be 14 months. I am trying to find the best beach with shade/umbrellas/Cabanas and also amenities like a restaurant. I see Calico Jacks but a lot of these places looked cramped. I don't see what's stopping you from just going into one of the big name hotel/resorts? Do they ask for credentials to enter? Are they going to refuse your money once you pull out your credit card? Like other threads I've stumbled on, I'm guessing it depends on the day and we may just have to wing it. Like everywhere else I'm sure the umbrella and lounger kids work on tips and as do the pool people and servers. If they aren't packed I can't see us being refused (might be overly optimistic for early-mid March).

  2. I've had a deposit on our March 2018 cruise since April 2017 and any time I click on things like "enhance your cruise" to review things to purchase such as drink packages, I keep getting this notification/error. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it because I have not paid in full?

  3. I prefer the layout I've seen on other cruise lines (most recently Princess in 2015) where the closet/shelves are on the bathroom side of the wall separating the bathroom from the bed area. Seems sort of weird to have everything exposed to the main living area but perhaps you gain a little bit of extra space? Makes it look more like a dorm lol.

  4. Granted, I am female, but I don't see what the big fuss is about urinals? There are no urinals in the cabins, and (presumably) none in the OP's home. There must be many times in a man's life when he needs to use the facilities and only a toilet is available. Why is it such a big deal if the same is true for the 'public' restrooms on the ship?

From a woman's perspective, the worst toilets I have ever encountered have been ones that were holes in the floor. If this is what I had on a cruise ship, I wouldn't enjoy it, but that in and of itself wouldn't cause me to not cruise that line again if everything else was good.

Go into a men's bathroom at the next event you attend (sports, concert, mall) and you will see what a toilet stall looks like. Keep in mind, men stand up and tons of people just don't care about how clean they are... so I am sure you can figure the rest out. It can get rather disgusting.
