  1. 10 or 12 years ago C&A changed my wife's number. I noticed it a couple of days before a cruise because ours were sequential originally and I saw the change when looking at boarding docs. I called and they said "You don't want that old number back" probably because it was reassigned to a Gold. 

     

    The new number had her proper points and history. It's always best to call if there's any question about those C&A numbers.

     

     

     

     

  2. We are near newbie Mariner members with one 7 night Alaska cruise sailed 6 years ago. We are sailing Zaandam Panama Canal early next year and booked when Zuiderdam was the scheduled ship. We booked a balcony cabin, and of course Zaandam doesn't have those so we were transferred to a Vista Suite.

     

    Being an avid RCI cruiser I know they don't confer double points on low cost suite upgrades. Would HAL be doubling our points?
