It seems all Canadian flights have cancelled all flights to and from San Juan until April. We are on AOS ending in SJ on Feb 17, 2018 and had our Air Canada flight to Montreal cancelled . We found an American Airlines flight through Charlotte. I’m a little concerned about AA cancelling as well.....any thoughts

Thank you for your reply, would you have any information about which balcony cabins are redone? I have a friend who sailed on this ship in January 2017 and said that some balcony cabins had been upgraded and the one they had was very tired [emoji5]

The first scheduled sailing out of dry dock is Feb 12, 2018. Any opinions on booking this sailing? Are we taking a chance that they don't finish on time and cancel? It is from Miami to San Juan. Thanks

How is this different from booking late traditional dining at a table for two? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just interested in what the difference may be.

The difference for us is not having to wait in the crowded area with everyone trying to be seated at the same time. So we basically end up with a more or less set dining time in a much more relaxed setting [emoji5]

We have sailed on the Regal three times and always do ATD. We dine between 8-8:30 and never had any issues. We always take a table for two . On the first evening we introduce ourselves to the Maitre D and ask if we can reserve the same table for the remainder of our cruise. Works for us ! [emoji4]

Rooms ending in 23, 24, 25 are also good. You can see the port and the shopping center.

We just did one in Barcelona and we claimed our luggage and put in on the tour bus , that dropped us off at the airport at the end of the tour. They will give everyone on the tour the same color luggage tag and the time and place to meet before disembarkment

If you are Canadian the exchange rate is much better if you purchase casino credits pre-cruise. You will have vouchers waiting for you in your cabin that you redeem in the casino for cash .

Can you tell me what cabin number you were in on Lido? We are booked in one of the aft suites in a couple of weeks....Looking forward to it....

We just returned from the Sept 19 sailing, we were on the Lido deck in one of the new cabins. If was fantastic!!! I was worried about vibration issues however we barely felt anything ! Anyone who chooses aft cabins on higher up decks should not be surprised of slight vibrations. We have sailed the Regal in similar location and the Island isn't any different! We enjoyed it so much that we are booked in the same cabin for Feb, 2016. To everyone who will be sailing on the Island in the new cabins , worry not and enjoy a fabulous trip!!!!
