We too have a credit from them. Website for 1 cover is still active. How did you find this out?

If you book on the P & O website, you cannot choose a cabin. I have a P & O Planner (similar to princess). I contact him and tell him Deck and category and he tells me cabin numbers that are available. I always prefer to choose my cabin (on all cruise lines)
