Cam Dizzle

On our upcoming cruise on Harmony, I see the Spacious Interior stateroom of 3806 as available to book but cannot find it on any deck plans. Am I completely missing this on the deck plans, or does anyone have any information on this stateroom?

Which car rental location will be the most efficient in getting a rental after our cruise in Miami? I hear the locations with shuttles at the port can usually be a couple hour wait. Would it be better to Uber to the Airport? or a different location? Thanks!
